We have made a specialty of repairing and restoring vintage console stereos. A console stereo typically contains a radio, an amp and a turntable all built into a classic wooden cabinet. During the middle part of the 20th century, stereo components were not as popular as they are today. The electronics were tucked into fabulous pieces of furniture, often with beautiful mid century modern design features.
Today these pieces are enjoying a bit of a resurgence, and we are there to bring them back to life. We can repair the turntables, the tape decks and the radios. While we do not do cabinet repair, we can clean and shine them so they once again look great in your home.
We can no longer repair the German sets, including Emud, Telefunken, Blaupunkt and Grundig. Due to unavailability of parts and documentation.
