Status – Check on your piece.

As of 12/10/24 we are experiencing a 8-10 week backlog on all repairs, this means your piece will not be on a tech bench until it comes up in the queue. As always, we are working hard to ensure a quality repair in a reasonable time frame.

One of your receipts has the ticket number, it is printed in large black numbers. This is the number you need to reference when checking on the status of a piece. If there is no data, that means we have not looked at it yet but will be getting to it very soon.
